My answers are below:
1. Why is this house showing as for sale? We received the listing from an automated feed system called Visual Tour. It sends listings automatically to Zillow as long as the information of the listing is in the feed. I checked the tour listing and saw the status of the home as being Sold. I will contact them to check if this is something they can remove in the feed they are sending us.
2. What is the best process for getting errors corrected on Zillow? You have done the right thing to post your question here in Advice as we do our Customer Care here. You may also flag a listing or any contents on the website as long as there is a Flag icon.
Once they removed the posting, it will automatically come down on Zillow.

OK, but then why is 1004 South Fillmore shown on Zillow as being in the middle of street?
Why is it not shown as "for sale" when it is listed in the MLS (#966827 ) for $1.2M? And it has its own page at Visual Tour.

House no longer on market
1000 South Filmore shows as "for sale" on Zillow.
It is not.
The house was sold in 2009 and the lot was split in two with the new owner taking the new empty lot at 1010 and putting 1000 back on the market.
1000 South Filmore sold in June 2010.
Questions:
1. Why is this house showing as for sale?
