House not selling. Who do I call to help find someone to lease it while the market recovers?

My house is not selling and is well worth the price we're asking. Are there companies in the midwest that help manage leased properties. We'll be on the east coast and need to find someone to lease for a year or two.

Speak to your Realtor who has listed your property. Some real estate brokers have an inhouse property mgt. department. If not have your Realtor refer you to some one they have known or worked in past.
