Houses cheaper than mine have Zmarket value than mine. Forx example my house has hardwood floor on the whole house, full finished basement with full bathroom and Egress door . Total of 4 full bathrooms in the house, shed (siding), front and back landscape design, and EPHenry 450 ft2 patio. My house is located at 231 Winterberry Ln Collegeville PA 19426.

House located in 234 Winterberry Ln Collegeville PA has a higher Z estimate (no shed, no full basement, no egress door, no EPHenry patio, only 2.5 bathrooms, no full hardwood floors, smaller lot size) than mine.

My house Zestimate should be in the 490K neighborhood.

Good Afternoon,

I wouldn't place too much emphasis on the Zmarket.  I believe there is a way to add your upgrades to bring the market value up for you.  However the Zmarket is really just a starting point.  The only true way to discover the market value of your home is to invite an experienced Realtor to tour your home.  They will then be able to compile the information available and compare it to your home and determine a true market value.
