Well, the home was built in 1920. All the "major" repairs have been done (i.e. new roof, electric). We had a new well put in about 4 years ago. It runs great. We get 16 gallons of water per minute.
Some of the rooms still need cosmetic work. There is a pipe that goes to the clawfoot tub, that will need replaced. That will cost you around $400, unless you do it yourself. We had the pipes behind the kitchen sink replaced already.
The basement will need finished out. The walls have been sheetrocked and taped, but they will need textured and painted, and flooring will need put in down there.
It has been a work in progress for us.
It has been for sale for 3 months now.
