Housing Market

As a Realtor, I generally look at Zillow for a rough idea prior to doing my market analysis. Sometimes it is a good barometer of value but often it is also way off. Suddenly I have noticed a sharp spike in Zestimates for the properties I have looked at in the last week. A property currently worth $150 suddenly is $291? Another that was $190 suddenly $414? Are these changes you made on June 13 the reason? Montana is a non-disclosure state so court house records don't provide sales prices so it is not as valuable a tool I suspect it is in other states but still!  This would make it worthless.
