Housing Supply Continues to be LOWThroughout 2012 there has been a very low housing supply in the Denver metro area. This has been causing prices to increase and buyers are getting frustrated when they cannot find what they are looking for. Does this mean we will see more new home construction? The issue with Denver is that the more central locations are most desirable and so new builds may be too far away from Denver downtown to meet most buyers needs/wants. What are your thoughts? Will prices just continue to go up because of low inventory or will inventory expand?September 29 2012 - Denver00YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
