This is rural property--all parcels (or most) are five acres in size. The next door neighbor happens to be a church. Most neighbors have well kept property. Regular lawn maintenance prevails and pride of ownership shines up and down this street! Come check it out!!

This home was once a part of Annie's Berry Farm. The home sits on 5 acres. Of that 5 acres, approximately 4 have been designated as "Land Use" or agricultural. This means the tax rate is lower--you pay only about half of what the normal taxes would be if the property was in regular tax status.
