This is not something you can edit yourself, although Zillow will work with you to get it right.
If your home is showing as having sold for the purchase price you spend on the condo, I suspect something has crossed wires in the county offices. Have you checked on the public records to see what they have recorded? (You wouldn't be the first where they recorded by name rather than looking carefully at the addresses).
If you flag the sale on your home by opening the home detail page, scrolling to the price history table and clicking on the little flag on the right end of the row of numbers, you can report the error to Zillow. Before they will correct it, they will need to confirm the accurate info with the records' office in your area. (Note in your request that you wish an E-mail update).

You need to first claim your home and then go under edit to correct any incorrect information about your home.
