Not very... You can scroll down on most any page in Zillow and find a link saying "About Zestimates"  Here is the link too. About Zestimates .  You can see that Zillow is not very accurate for Florida.  There is a button after you link to that page that says "States/Counties"  and that will tell you for Tampa how accurate they are.  Most areas are 2 out of 4 stars which is not that good.

Zillow seems to use zip codes as most of the way they do their Zestimates and in most all areas that is not what appraisers will use, since zip codes can cross cities and some of a zip code can be in a totally different bracket than other parts of the zip code.  Good Luck and really the only way to get an accurate estimate done is contacting your Realtor so they can give you an CMA (estimate) of your home pulling closed sales from right around your home.
