How and where do I list a development site with approved plans for 7 apt/cono units in San Diego

I have a .46 acre site (land) with view of bay in San Diego CA Assessor's Parcel No. 548-204-51-00 with all approved and sealed engineering site and building plans for seven 3 BR, 2 1/2 bath apartments/condos with 2 car garages and would like to sell it however, I can only find listings for homes or vacant land and none for approved development sites. Any suggestions?

Your project sounds promising. I would look for an agent or company that specializes in commercial residencial, multi-family, and/or new constuction and developement oppertunities. Also, Loopnet is "the" website for any type of commercial property. Ultimately price will determine how long your property will be on the market, and you have the bonus of approved plans.

First I would contact a Commerical Brokerage who works with land. They will be able to evaluate your property and market it to potential buyers. One thing you should know about land is that it takes quite a long time to sell, so expect to have a minimum one year listing, possibly two.

LoopNet is the typical on-line source for commerica listings.  www.loopnet.com.  Most if not all commercial brokers view that site at least once a day.
