I worked with a client in 2009 and 2010 who bought a bunch of condos as investments and most of them have almost doubled in value now. If you have the cash it's a great time to by a condo in Orlando. Good luck.

Condo are being sold for "cash" and typically have multiple offers on it...usually 3-12 offers.

Last week my client offered 10% above full price and did not get the condo, as it sold for more.

Do not believe the "doom and gloom" the media portrays.  Most property under $200K that looks decent will be sold in week.
