call the local police station t get that answer.....Ojai is a beautiful area. Realtors are not allowed to answer those questions because of Fair Housing.

Many areas do have active gangs. Ojai is probably no different here and here, but how deep the problem is seems to be unclear. It is worth contacting your local police department here for information about crime since they have up to date information and many have police crime response maps available.
