This usually happens when we do not have enough public data to publish Zestimate (notice your home facts doesn't have public data and the home was created via automated feed). It can take time for our model to generate a Zestimate for your home so you may want to check back from time to time.

I'm dense, or the process is not as simple as you say. I see listings that have Zestimates posted, but mine doesn't. I clicked on the Home tab above, but it didn't lead to a text box for my address.

Most residential properties in the US have Zestimates available to anyone. Simply type the address into the space on the page that pops up when you click on "homes" at the top of this page.
