How can I actually talk to a human being at Zillow?

An agent changed my house details to that of another house, dropping my estimate by over $100,000. How can I actually talk to somebody at Zillow to get this error corrected??

Hi picusa -

I can take care of the erroneous listing history of the property. Can you verify if this is the listing made on 06/12/2011?

Thank you.

If your home has the correct facts because you've reedited it, the Zestimate will start to be calculated from the correct facts.  It does take a couple of months or so to reflect fully in the Zestimate if the agent totally mucked up your facts.

I've often seen Zillow remove erroneous listing history.  Give them a week or two, then remind them.

I have claimed my house but the Zestimate is still being calculated from the other property. Also the history for my house is now incorrect as it shows that the house was placed for sale and then taken off the market. I've emailed Zillow but I am very pessimistic that they will make the corrections that are needed.

You may find that you don't need to talk to anyone.   Have you claimed your home yet?  If not, claim your home and edit the home facts.  If your home is for sale, ask your agent to edit the data on the home.

Here's a link to the Zillow customer service E-mail.
