So the feature to add these is OFF right now/ I KNEW something seemed to be missing.
And why ask me if I need a Re-Finance if the work is already done?
You can say it is available if one needs...frankly it struck me as too assertive for this Site, as promoting self-interest (not mine). I hope you don't take me wrong. I assume you (as well want) support. As constructive feed-back, I found it off-putting & too 'pouncing' for my particular comfort level. I HOPE that is helpful to you.
I also did NOT think that was the purpose of these Zillow Questions & Answers, since I did not ask about a Refinance.
Thank you for whose who replied. WHEN will that feature be added back on- Does Anyone know? Have a goof Labor Day Weekend.

Unfortunately, renovations and other upgrades are not 1-to-1 in adding value to your home. Since the Zillow estimate feature is not working, you may want to speak to a local agent to see how those updates may have increased the value of your home.

Zillow has a feature called "my estimate" that is appropriate for providing upgrades such as those you describe. However at the moment, unfortunately, it is temporarily unavailable. The last I saw Zillow describe it would be back in "a few months".

Hello- I wanted the answer to go on Zillow, to increase the value, as we just did another costly upgrade, and not for U-Tube. Was my questions mis-understood? Mel
