Changing it yourself is the easiest way to take care of this...

It is your listing agents responsibility to maintain the advertisements he/she submits to the web. Most of these syndicated sites are 3rd party websites that use technology to pull the information directly from our MLS. However we as agents have to select whether or not we want to submit them based on the initial listing agreement with our clients. If there is an error, it is likely that it's either wrong from the source or the 3rd party site isn't capable of pulling the .5 bath. I recommend you contact your agent and have them check the MLS first and then all of the sites he/she has syndicated to. Good Luck and Have a Wonderful Day!

Sometimes your Broker will post the home on the site for you or another outside source. If you claim your listing then you can go in and edit the details of the home to make them correct.
Most agents don't bother to fix their own listing which could cause all sorts of problems later.

You can correct it yourself by claiming your property and making the changes. The error is most likely coming from the assessors public records. Any chance the 1/2 bath was added without a permit?

How can I correct an error about my property on Zillow?
Thank you!
