How can I correct data affecting my townhouse, when the data is for other units in complex?

Profile picture for glandriau
I live in a complex with 21 units.  6 are 2 bedrooms and the other 15 are 3 bedroom units.  For most of the 15 3-bedroom units, Zillow has them listed as 2-bedroom units.  The valuations are consequently way under market.  How can I correct Zillow's data without being the legal owner of the other units?

Zillow gets their data from LA county records. They need to be corrected there OR by their owners. It really wont affect the value that much, I really would not worry about it. Values are generally GLA based, not so much on bedroom count as some condo units which are listed as two bedrooms have convertible den areas.
