That answer depends on the source of information pulled. Zillow is a "zestimate" source and not the "end all - be all." For example, your square footage on Zillow may be off because the source of data (originating point) separates 1st floor SF from 2nd floor SF (and they are only picking up 1 level). Keep in mind, they are pulling from thousands of data sites (each state, county and sometimes even townships have their own unique reporting structure. If your home is for sale, you can create an account and include a narrative summary that can help to offet any incorrect data that may be out there. Good Luck!!
