Upper tier median trend chart for Lakeville MN

By the way, if you compare the estimate trend curve to the curves for the Zip Code and the City, you find that the estimate is essentially following the area trend, and you also see that the last transaction shown was not factored into the estimate.

Still, you need to click the flag to have the false transaction removed.
Since your home is above the value of the median for the area, you will also want to use the local info tab at the top of this page to look at the upper-tier median index.

If the last sold price and date shown on your home details page is incorrect, use the "report a problem" button under the edit pull down tab under the main photo on the home details page to have Zillow have the data collection company used for that area check the public records again.
There is also a "flag" symbol next to the 9/13/10 $134k transaction on the price history... use that. Some of the more careless data collection companies sometimes copy refinance transactions or similar as "sales". Similar issues may occur when putting a property in a living trust.
By the way, Zillow's estimates are NEVER used for loan qualification information. There are over 100 other AVM companies and websites for those purposes, and they don't use Zillow's numbers either. Many banks have their own in-house AVM program.

Hit the Caps key then hit Enter twice and then hold down the Escape key until you see Zillow has been deleted...
Just kidding...Who said it was valued at and who turned you down for Refinancing because of your Zestimate?

You cannot delete Zillow from the Internet.
Further, a Zestimate does not affect your property value. Nor does it affect your ability to refinance. Your property value is determined by what others are willing to pay. Your ability to refinance would be determined by an appraisal, conducted by an appraiser. The appraiser would not use Zillow estimates.

How can I delete Zillow from the internet? It's horribly inaccurate!
