Is your home on the market at the moment either with an agent or using another FSBO site that feeds to Zillow? If that is the case, you won't be able to claim ownership of the home. If not for sale or rent from another site, then open the home details page, hover over edit and chose "report problem" and describe that you'd like to claim ownership.

I do not see the mentioned "blue button" and when I try to edit more facts, I am told that somebody else has claimed ownership of my home.
Questions:
1) How do I claim ownership of my home?

If you click on "view details", you will open another screen with "delete estimate" on a big blue button just below "welcome back"
