How can I determine what is a fair monthly rental amount for my 3 bd /1 ba property?

Where is the home located?  I can give you a general idea as I manage rental properties in Stockton.

Good Resources:  Craiglist, The Record, and http://www.rentometer.com/.  This website can give you an idea but sometimes is not accurate.

Look on Craig's list to see what they are going for. Or pay an appraisal company to do a rent schedule for you. it will cost 150.00.
