In most cases, you just press the "homes" tab at the top of this page, and then type in the address in the homes address search box and press enter, then click on the result to open the home details page, and the date built usually shows on the left side, several lines down.
This doesn't always work for pre 1900 homes, as the county records may have only approximated the year. In which case the toilet date may not help either as many homes of that era had "out-houses" that were demolished years ago. In which case you probably want to talk with someone at your local historical society.

One of the easiest ways to tell the age of the house is to look at the toilet.
If the toilet is original, the date of manufacture is stamped inside. Just lift up the cover where the water is stored and look around. The date is stamped inside.
This is not fool proof, but it works better than just guessing by looking at the carpet.....
