Realtors have the ability to search by keywords in their MLS systems. They have more options and details than the searches you can find online.

Hi dcdpro,
It is one of the criteria we agents have the ability to search for when entering in your criteria into the MLS. Problem is, some agents will enter the view wrong intentionally to get more hits, or search results. However, here in Austin, agents are fined for entering in incorrect data thankfully. There is nothing more aggravating than for me to show up at a house advertising a "lake view" for example, only to get there and find out it doesn't have one...
Feel free to visit my website or give me a call.
Thanks,
Terry Williams

How can I find homes in a neighborhood that have the word "view" in their listing?
