This is always the question that everyone wants to know. Is my home worth as much as the county says, zillow says, or as much as my neighbors house sold for. Depending on your home, its upkeep, its location, and a number of factors, your homes value is constantly changing. When you are really interested in selling a property you can always get a free market analysis from your local broker to help you determine how much your home might sell for today, which is usually what we all want to know.

Yes, think you should start by finding a professional realtor in your area to help you.

Actually Cyrus it does work the way you thinkl..You just approached it from a different direction. On the main page there is a :"button" link to an option called a "Zestimate" this will allow you to get an idea...BUT..this is only an idea, and it may be High or may be Low...the only way to get an accurate value will be to hire a Realtor or an Appraiser. I hope this helps...

I guess I don't understand Zillow. I'll have to call the Help Desk. I thought this is how it worked.
Don't want to self promote and do not want a realtor. I guess Zillow doesn't work the way we thought, as we heard we could get a rough assessment of what our home was worth through Zillow. Not so.

Remember we are not supposed to self promote.... But you need to talk to a Realtor in the area. One who specializes in manufactured homes on land.
