I would google the address to see if it comes up in other searches. To find out if the house is being advertised for foreclosure check the site www.georgiapublicnotice.com and search in the county and street name in they keyword to see if it comes up.

Many sites utilize MLS information and post for users like yourself to capture a lead and then sell to agents (that advertise). Zillow is a great tool to understand market activity and past and current comps. To buy a home...you want an experienced buyers agent that knows your market, schools, trends of the area, and the history of that specific market. Call me! I work El Segundo to Lakewood, PV to the 110 freeway.

There are several properties available on Rich Davis Rd in Hiram. But 911 & 655 Rich Davis do not appear to be on the market.
A few of the active are on the market with an option of a few acres or the entire tract.
720 Rich Davis bank owned still shows as listed, but apparently will be auctioned soon.
let me know what you are looking for. I will do a search for you.

The best thing to do is conatct a local Realtor but if you you want to do the dective work yourself you can search for the county's sheriff dept. website. It will have any upcoming sheriff sales and foreclosure properties. If the website does not have it then the county clerks office usually will.
