The best way to find out is place a Loan Request on Zillow to give the leanders here a fair shake and provide you with the best quote possible.  Also, request a Loan Request and specifically requesting a FHA 203K Streamline Refinance would do youself a great service as well because you will have options.  A GFE (Good Faith Estimate) and TIL (Truth-in-Lending) statement can be provided after selecting the preferred quote.

You can call me in the morning and I can give you the current rate on a FHA Streamline.  The rates change daily.
