Go to the Orange County Courthouse in Santa Ana at the County Clerks office. They have computers available that you can do your own search and print the results. I agree below, agents should not be giving the information out even though it is public record. Good Luck!

You can go to public tax records and get the owner of record on a property.

Thank you for your response to my question. The purpose of my question was generic in nature and it's purpose is: My neighbor/renters for the last 15-17 years are destroying the property and have illegal drug activity that is being tracked by the local police and I wish to advise the property owner in case they are not aware of the property damage being inflicted upon their investment. But again thank you for your response.

I don't think that it is ethical for any real estate agent to give this information freely unless there is a valid/legitimate reason because this kind of information can be misused so there has to be a legitimate reason.

County records or tax assessors office. Most real estate agents do have access to that info but do not just give out that info unless there is a legitimate reason.

You would need to be able to have access to title records, or you could simply knock on the door and ask :)
