Pay for an appraisal if you really want to know.
I mean a real, Certified and Licensed Appraiser (not a real estate agent.)

Find a trusted agent and have them do a CMA.

The fact that you provided the address is not enough. To determine   the market value-realtor or appraiser needs more information (best option- to visit your property personally) like condition of the house, any recent upgrades etc.
Since realtors perform CMA usually for free, I suggest that you contact a local realtor. If you prefer to have more accurate information, appraiser seems a better option. But you will need to pay for a service of an appraiser.
I am sorry, I would not rely on zestimate-many times is not accurate.

You have several options.  One is to have a REALTOR perform a Comparable Market Analysis, which compares recently sold and active properties similar to the subject property in the same market area.  Another is to have a licensed fee appraiser perform an appraisel.  The appraiser will use only sold proerties, usually 6 months or less from the date of the appraisel.

Ask a friend if they can reccomend a Realtor and ask the realtor to give you an Comparable Market Analysis (CMA).
If no reccomendation see if there are for sale signs in your area and use the company's information

The absolute best way to get the current value estimate for your home is to engage a trusted realtor.  This is what we do for a living and it does not commit you to selling your home or even using the realtor at this time.
Good luck to you,
Suzanne Looker

Here is the home page for that address, but a Zestimate is not an appraisal. If you need more information about recent sales or your house valuation, ask a local agent. Most are happy to help.

I don't think anyone is going to post a figure on Zillow based on the info you've provided. I would talk with four agents, getting a CMA (comparative market analysis) from each. I would throw out the high and the low, add the remaining two together, and divide by two. That should get you somewhere close. The other obvious option is to pay a certified/licensed appraiser.

You can click on this link for a zestimate, however the accuracy of a zestimate as a final figure leaves quite a bit to be desired.
