How can I find out the selling price for those foreclosure homes on your web site?

I found so many foreclosures but I'm not sure how to find out the pricing for those homes? How can I purchase a foreclosure? What is the process? Thanks.

If a home is in the process of foreclosure, but not yet foreclosed, and you have all cash to buy it...you will want to schedule to go to the local courthouse that is going to auction it.  Trouble is...if you are targeting just one specific house, this can be very frustrating and disappointing.  You will be standing there amongst investors that are usually purchasing about 10 homes at a time at these auctions. You may get outbid...OR even more frustrating, the property will have it's sale postponed (because the owner in default may be trying to get a loan modification, or have filed bankruptcy just in the nick of time).

The foreclosure auction platform is really a tough place to buy your dream home.  And you will need all cash, or a cashier's check ready.

Instead...if you are simply trying to target a great "deal"...working with your local Realtor that knows the inventory and is watching the area you are interested in most, can usually anticipate an upcoming shortsale or foreclosure.  Some agents will even approach homeowners for you directly, to "find" the treasure even when the owner hasn't gotten around to listing it yet (fears of showings, open houses, etc.) And matching the seller to the buyer can save both parties money, time and frustration.

I have created a website where you can look at homes in the foreclosure process and see the notice of default filing amount - dates - lender information and a lot more - ALL FOR FREE!.

Click on www.HomeSoldTeam.com and then go so "Search For Foreclosures".

You don't have to register - and feel free to ask any questions if you see a home of interest.

Properties that are going through the foreclosure process will be posted on the local Sheriff's website several weeks in advance of the auction. They generally, or at least around here, have an opening bid of one third below the appraised value. Check with your local sheriff's office.

Here is a primer about foreclosures. There's more on this same website about purchasing.

Search "buying pre-foreclosure in california".

The super steals you're looking at are homes that have received Notice Of Default since they are in arrears on the mortgage. Their sale has yet to be addressed so no asking price is established.
