if it's classified by your county as real estate and was built after 1976 (plus some additional requirements) just call any FHA lender.

If you're not sure if it's classified that way just look up the address here.

if it's not real estate (chattel) then call a finance company.

You didn't say if the mobile home is on its own land or a mobile park. The will determine the mortgage you will get. Very few lenders know how to do a mobile home (like I know how to do) therefore they are not willing to put rates on line. Call a lender who is familar with mobile homes. They will have to ask you several questions before they can determine the rate.

Mobile homes are difficult to finance.  Your best bet is to purchase the land, which usually requires 20% down.  I have several lots with existing moblile homes on them.  And we are having problems finding financing, as well.  Our only resort was to find a local bank or a private investor.  Rates are going to vary and when looking for rates from day to day. On a mobile home you are going to have more problems finding anyone that will finance one, than shopping for rates.

You also need to know that mobile homes are viewed in different ways and not all lenders will loan on them, it is difficult to get a quote online because the lender needs to know if it is on a permanent foundation or not.  And some states are different.  You should call banks, like Wells Fargo, Bank of America or any bigger banks to ask first about mobile home loans, at the very least they can point you in the right direction.

The interest rates offered are based on the risk that the buyer represent to the loan holder, the better your credit and financial situation the better your credit interest.
