Sometimes the ones the seller has are outdated, so be sure to get the latest important questions answered by the Manager or President during the attorney approval period contingency or sooner. You can make the contract or attorney approval contingent on your review and acceptance of the latest copies.

If you are a homeowner there, these were filed with your title when you bought the home, so your title company can get you a copy. Alternatively the president/secretary of the HOA will have a copy. If you are considering a property there, and are working with a realtor, ask your realtor to get you a copy from the sellers. Hope that helps.

How can I find the restrictive covenants for a subdivison, preferably online? Don Jose Loop
