How can I fix my neighborhood listed?

Hi, my house and the houses in my development are coming up as "Three Rivers", but we are definitely not in the Three Rivers development, we are a newer and nicer neighborhood called "Walnut Crossing".  How can I get this fixed on my Zillow listing?

In some cases, you can find a way to fix the neighborhood under "edit" (on the drop down menu called  "fix schools and neighborhood").  This isn't available on all claimed homes and some neighborhoods are missing, but it doesn't hurt to check.

You can claim your home and use the yellow "edit" menu under the photo to "report problem with listing". That will send an email to Zillow to let them know that they need to look at the neighborhood boundaries again.

Also, if your local city or town has a neighborhood map online send that link to Zillow too. It can take a little while for Zillow to fix neighborhood errors, but the sooner you flag it, the sooner they can add it to the fix list. Hope it helps.

Hello, You can always try and contact some from Zillow.com and inform them of the mistake , however they get their information from listings that have been submitted by realtors onto the mls (multiple listing service), and if the agent entered inproperly that may be the problem.  However, since it is a new developement the realtor may of had to choose the closest development to yours because of it not being on their list of subdivisions on their mls systems.  You could check with your realtor or local tax office.
