How can I get Truckee Values

Can I see a graph going back to 2000?
What data is used to determine "Prices and Home values"? Sold?
Do you have charts/data showing a comparative chart which also includes
(1) a DOM graph?
(2) a Spread Value between the initial offer price and final sale price as a percent of the initial offer price?
(3) Number New single family construction home sales
(4) number of existing Home sales
(5) number of Bank sold Foreclosure sold properties
(6) Short Sells
(7) Average annual Rents for 3/2/2 single family homes as percent of Home Values

As a realtor, I have access to that data. Can you be more specific about the area in Truckee that you are trying to obtain the data for?
I have several years of data for Tahoe Donner in a report. Tahoe Donner is good for analysis since it has over 5000 homes which is a great statistical database to look at. See my website (hotlink deleted by Zillow moderator) for a report for the last several years.
