How can I get Zillow to update my contact information on their ratings screen?

I was just reading an article about Zillow's Agent Ratings and when I looked at my review the information is out of date.  What can I do to get them to correct that?

I'm not sure that I understand the question, but if your  address and contact info on your profile page is out of date you can update it by going to your profile page and using the "edit" pencil under your photo at the top of the page. 

Hopefully, that will update your information immediately site wide including any info on your review form.
