This website lists all distressed properties in the country. Typically you need to pay a monthly fee to have access to this list (realtors have to pay as well), but they are offering a week long free trial. Just cancel you subscription on the 6th day and you won't be charged a dime. I have used this site a few different times and it has been very helpful.
