You can sign up for for two emails product we have that can give you that info.
Our saved search email will send you a list of new homes the area you searched for. From your search of any area, click on "email alerts" and you can choose how often you would like to be notified of new listings.
You can also sign up for a Home Report email on a specific home. From any of the detailed pages about a home, click on "email alerts". You can get a monthly Home Report which also comes with and an immediate Property Alert if a home you like goes on the market, has a price change, etc.
