The home is no longer listed for sale on Zillow.   The text in the box looks like it is for sale, so your clients can claim the home and change the description.  (Or, as you know their name, you can claim it, change the description and then release the claim). 

Zillow doesn't remove data from public databases completely from Zillow, so removing the house completely isn't possible.
