Hi Maria,
Your best option is to get with a Realtor who specializes as a listing agent, or even a short sale agent if you think you may be upside down in your home.
A Realtor can pull current accurate MLS stats that will determine the fair market value of your home.

Maria, when you say quote are you referring to an appraisal? If you are thinking of selling, contact a local Realtor to do a CMA on your property to ascertain its current market value. I hope that answered your question.
