Zillow readily admits its Zestimates are merely estimates based upon public information.  Your best bet is to find a Buyer's Agent to represent you.  The Buyer's Agent represents your interests, but the Seller pays the commission.  Your Buyer's Agent will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis ("CMA") for the home you select and will negotiate the purchase transaction for you accoring to your instructions.

If youre trying to figure out how much the home you want to buy is worth.  It will be worth it to find a real estate agent in the area and have them do a cma for you.  It will be a lot more accurate.

Don't bother. If you're serious about buying, the Zestimate is not reliable enough to frame your offer. Get CMAs on the property from a couple of local realtors. The CMAs are more reliable, as long as you get more than one and remember that a CMA is only as good as the realtor that generated it.

Click on the Homes tab at the top of the screen.

Type in the address of the house you want to buy.

Click GO.

You should be seeing an Zestimate.

Consider calling a Realtor© to assist you. You will normally come out ahead.

Good Luck!
