As Phyllis said, it is public/free info.  If the property is in Peoria, you can go directly to the Maricopa County Assesor's site and search via parcel number or address.

Dear Fin:
You would go to the Maricopa County Treasurers office and make a "parcel inquiry". Alternatively, if you have a relationship with a real estate agent, they can do it for you. Is this a property that you are interested in buying or one that you own?

The tax records are public access. You can go dierectly to the county seat, or get the records on line.
