Zillow can offer an "estimate", but it's only thta; an eastimate, not always acurate or up-to-date.  If you wnat to know what is the fair market value of your home cal lan experienced local realtor.  Tell them the truth about where you are in making a decision about selling.  They will come and look at your house, then prepare a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) considering your time frame for selling.

It's the best, most accurate number you can get.  Only Realtors with feet on the ground know your particular market.
