The best option and least expensive option is to contact a local agent and ask them for a CMA (comparative market analysis). Most agents will provide this report for little to no charge. This will show you what homes are currently selling for in your area that are most similar to your home in respect to square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, etc.

Are you trying to sell your home? Best thing you should do is contact a couple agents to help you with that.

If you want a rough estimate, you can probably get that from zillow or even pay an appraiser.

I'd call a local agent though.
