How can I get an uncooperative realtor's name off of my home. It has not been for sale since 2006!

Maybe this Question/Thread/Discussion will interest you
Zillow doesn't care.
It turns into a lot of yadda yadda yadda but the tone/message and Zillows response if you read the oldest posts first may be informative imo

Please by all means try what wetdawgs suggest first but if you hit a Stone Wall I think this may be about your only and best chance to actually have Zillow respond or do anything

If the place it shows "for sale" is in the Price History table rather than currently listed for sale, then Zillow customer service will be able to remove the erroneous listings.

Here's a link to the customer service E-mail.

Thank-you!  Apparantly, they put it on the market and remove it without ever notifying  us.  It makes us look frenetic about selling, when the fact is that we have not had a contract since 2006.  We had to end the contract because they kept advertising incorrect information about the place.  It was awful.  Now the "history" shows that it has been on the  market in 2009 and 2012 and off again.  It only shows "for sale" on the details and when I try to edit it to claim my property.

Is this the home you claimed in June?    Does the home actually show "for sale" with a red icon and the words "for sale" in the upper left corner of the home details page?

If it actually shows the words "for sale" rather than just showing a Zestimate, there are several actions you can take.

1.  Identify the listing feed source (at the very bottom of the home details page).   Contact the agent's broker, as well as the local real estate board.

2. Click on "report problem with listing" and report to Zillow that it isn't for sale and the agent doesn't respond.

Zillow does have links to agents on the right on every home details page, even when the home is not for sale or rent.   Zillow earns its money through advertising.
