How can I get my house de-listed?

I find the listed value of my home to be about 50% less than it should be based on the 28.8% drop in values for my $675,000 appraised home only two years ago.  I would like my home to be delisted ASAP because the value is misleading.  Please advise by email: ut_amap@yahoo.com -- The home address is: 701 Riverside Drive, Ukiah, CA 95482
