You can either list with a full service realtor or a company that offers minimal services that will place your condo on the MLS.

I just reviewed your complex on the MLS and there are only two units currently listed for sale ... neither is a ranch condo! If you'd like, I can send copies of those listings to you.

I am a local "full service" realtor.
