Not in "main photo"; but select "edit photos". And then make sure you "save" the changes after re-ordering.
HOWEVER, the person that claimed the property takes priority, and someone else that adds photos cannot supersede the photos of the claimed owner. This can cause an issue of both an agent and owner are posting photos for the same listing. I'm not sure which takes priority in such a case.

How can I get my main image changed? I have tried drag and drop in main photo and it doesn't work.
