Contact me via phone or e-mail and I can provide that data for you. I work in 94611 on Highland Avenue at Prudential Highland Partners.
I can give you a list of all homes sold, the details of those homes, and even what their asking price was vs. their selling price was.
I'm happy to perform this free of charge and can have it done for you asap. It will not take long and I can send it to you via e-mail.
Without the help of a real estate broker, it's going to be rather time consuming, and frustrating, and again, I'm happy to help. It even helps me, as I am able to refresh my own memory regarding what homes sold during those dates, etc.
best regards,
Eric Abrams

On our MLS service, we are able to provide and sort data by type of property, by configurations (number of bedrooms/baths, square footage).
Just giving generic information may not truly reflect the market trends and activity. It helps to break it down further.
For example, the data for 1 bedroom/1 bath condo will be drastically different from 3 bedroom/2 bath detached single family home.
You're very specific about the time frames --- which seems like the type of information someone requests when trying to appeal property taxes. For 2009, the comps should be for at least 6 months before but not later than March 31, 2009. For 2010, the comps should be for a least 6 months before but not later than March 31, 2010.
If so, a realtor can help you with this request ---- but you must provide information about your property: type home, size and configuration, exact location and age of the home. For property tax assessment, we don't go by just the zip code, but rather, by analyzing comps by proximity to the subject property in certain neighborhoods.
There are enough realtors on this site who can certainly help you with your quest...we just need to know what it is you are really looking for.
Good luck!

Hello MIneralt:
Eric already gave you the answer: work with a broker to get "correct" data. My questions is: what are you going to do with the data? Here is my concern: the interpretation of the data is as important as the data. That is where "real" real estate experience comes in. Let me know if you want todicuss that issue, and see how I can help you.
Kind regards
Antoine

How can I get sales data from 94611, between Oct 2008 and March 2009? You only have data to June 09
