Claiming your address is the right thing to do.
Here's the link to the FAQ on moving the location of the icon on the map. It is not always possible for the user to do so, so if it doesn't work one of the Zillow employees will have to step in again.

OK no problem you've been very helpful, thank you.
I claimed my address,
but I do NOT claim the home or EVEN the building
where the arrow is pointed.
I cannot move the arrow from that building to the correct building. How do I do that?

Your profile suggests you claimed a home today, so you should be all set for the next step.

Well, thanks too late, I didn't know I shouldn't put my name/address there. Most communication require you to do so.
Your response doesn't fit my situation. The arrow is not even pointing to the correct buidling.
I'm trying to figure out what the .. you mean by "claim" your home.

No, ALL units in your building point to the same unit. Your Zestimate is unaffected, and I wouldnt worry about it.
I WOULD CLAIM your home, though, and edit any facts to best get an accurate Zestimate, more on how to do that here, especially since you listed your last name and now anyone who sees this post can claim your home. DONT list your name or phone number next time....
