Roger, 1st claim the listing as your owm under the edit dialog box. Then you can edit your listing to add more detail or correct inaccuracies. Next you can write an explanation (field provided) of why you feel your Zestimate is incorrect. Lastly, you can choose better comparable listings for your home that more closely match the value. Zillow will eventually adjust your Zestimate but don't expect it to go up to where you'd like it.

Hi Rogerx4,
A zestimate is just an estimate of all comparable homes in your area. It is computer-generated. To get a better value of your home, contact a Realtor. For free, they will provide you with a CMA or Comparative Market Analysis. This report will show you comparable homes in your neighborhood. A good CMA will pinpoint homes that are within your tax district, right down to the elementary school. Realtors don't take the zestimates seriously anyway.

How can I get the zestimate of my home to be more accurate.
