How can I get the zestimate you have put out on my home updated?

The zestimate you have out on my home (311 McCall Street) is lower than my asking price, but you have no way of knowing what improvements have been made on my home. It makes it really hard to get people interested in even looking at my home with your zestimate making it look like I'm asking too much! (I've finished off the attic with hardwood floors, new Marvin windows, built in wood carving, and made it a very attractive living space of about 20' x 15' along with many other improvements to the house)
